MISSION BAKED BEANS
INGREDIENTS:
| 8 | slices | bacon, cooked and crumbled |
| 1 | 28 oz. can | pork and beans |
| 1 | 8 oz. can | enchilada sauce |
| 1 | 16 oz. can | chili beans, undrained |
| 3/4 | cup | finely chopped onions |
| 1/2 | cup | packed dark brown sugar |
| 1 | tbsp. | all-purpose flour |
| 1 | tsp. | chili powder |
| 1 | tsp. | ground cumin |
| 1/8 | tsp. | garlic powder |
| 4 | oz. | shredded Montery Jack cheese |
PROCEDURE:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese; mix gently. Place in a greased 2-qt. casserole. Bake uncovered. at 450° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375°; bake for 30 minutes, stirring ocassionally. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 15 minutes longer.
YIELD: 810 servings
