Through The New Testament in a Year

Week 45
Titus 1 -Heb. 3
Song: "Love Lifted Me"

Young Children:

1. Is your home cheerful? The Christian home should be cheerful. Titus 2:15

2. Your actions will speak louder than your words. Do what is good all day long. Titus 3:1,2

3. Showing unconditional love toward your children will affect how they show love.

4. When you walk in nature speak to your child about God's wondrous creation.

Young Men and Women/Adults:

1. Truth leads to godly living. Will merely reading and studying the word lead us to godly living? How can one be assured that the actions of their life are in accordance with the truth?

2. What does accordance mean?

3. Re-read Titus 3:9. Discuss with your family what constitutes foolish disagreements.

4. Philemon was encouraged by Paul to forgive Onesimus of what?

For this week:

Generate understanding and radiate love. Try turning the light on in the life of another individual.

"If I say, 'Let only darkness cover me, and the light about me night,' even the darkness is not dark to thee, the night is bright as day; for darkness is as light to thee." Psalms 139:11,12

God did not promise sun without rain,
Light without darkness or joy without pain--
He only promised us strength for the day
When darkness comes and we lose our way.
