MISSION BAKED BEANS


INGREDIENTS:

 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
 1 28 oz. can pork and beans
 1 8 oz. can enchilada sauce
16 oz. can chili beans, undrained
 3/4 cup finely chopped onions
 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour 
 1 tsp. chili powder
 1 tsp. ground cumin
 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
 4 oz. shredded Montery Jack cheese

PROCEDURE:

Combine all ingredients, except cheese; mix gently. Place in a greased 2-qt. casserole. Bake uncovered. at 450° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375°; bake for 30 minutes, stirring ocassionally. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 15 minutes longer.

YIELD: 8­10 servings
