The following lessons are studies of songs that are familiar
to all of us in the Church. If we are to teach and admonish one
another with Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs and worship God,
then it is imperative that we know the meaning of the songs we
are singing.
We are fortunate to have Bro. Doug Yopp among the membership
here at Beverly Shores (Leesburg, FL, USA). Doug has been involved
in music almost all his life. First as a band student and for
the past 24 years as a middle and high school band director.
His knowledge of music has been put to good use in the Lord's
service as a song leader and teacher of song leaders. Now he
has applied his abilities to preparing the outlines that follow.It
is his hope (and ours) that you might put these outlines to good
use as sermons or Bible studies.
