Young Children:
Talk to your child about sharing. Tell the story of the young boy who shared his lunch with 5,000 people. Explain what a miracle is to your child.
Read to your child a Bible lesson every day. There are many wonderful books that illustrate the lessons Jesus taught. It is worth spending a few dollars to remind your child the wonderful truths Jesus has given us.
Activity: "Sing This Little Light of Mine"
Young Men and Women/Adults:
1. Anyone who obeys God is our brother or sister (Mark 3:34). Do you feel close to your brothers and sisters? If not what can you do to feel closer to your brethren.
2. Can one fall away from the faith? (Mark 4:16-17)
3. Tell one of the stories Jesus told in these verses in your own words and explain the meaning.
4. In the verses that tell of the feeding of the 5,000 , was the the young boy mentioned in Mark's account of the event?
