Week 33: Rom. 9:16 - 14

Song: "Jesus is All the World to Me"

Young Children:

1. We are to confess that Jesus is Lord with our mouth. Sing a song of praise with your child.

2. Teach your children to be willing to be a friend to someone who is not considered important.

3. As parents, we should be striving to teach our children to love others more than self.


Young Men and Women/Adults:

1. What was the stone that caused people to trip? Rom. 9:33

2. Where should God's word be? Rom. 10:8

3. What does Rom. 11:16b mean: "If the root is holy, so are the branches?"

4. How can one by joyful when they hope?

5. Did God choose our leaders? see Rom. 13:1-3 If God chose our leaders, should we pray for them or criticize them?

6. How can we teach children to love others more than themselves?


For this week:

Pray that you will love others more than self.

"May your saints sing for joy" Psm. 132:9

To be holy and not happy is a contradiction.
